Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Maps Extractor, including the Google Maps Extractor and Bing Maps Extractor browser extensions and the mapsextractor.com website (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules and third-party terms. You are responsible for how you use the data you export.

Accounts, Free Plan and Paid Plans

Basic features may be used without an account. Signing in is needed to track your credits, manage a paid plan and use enrichment features.

Plans are measured in credits. Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over; credit packs are valid for 12 months. Yearly plans receive their credits month by month. Current plans, prices and the credit cost of each action are shown on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually, as shown at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period and are not renewed. We may change plan prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment for that plan, provided that no more than 5% of that period's credits have been used. Renewal payments, credit packs that have been used, and partially used billing periods are not refundable.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including the extensions, website, software, designs and the Maps Extractor name and logos, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the Service (except where the law allows it), or use it to build a competing product.

Your Data and Exports

You own the lead lists and files you create with the Service. The underlying business information comes from public map listings and other third-party sources and may be subject to the rights of others.

You are responsible for reviewing your exports, honoring opt-out requests, and complying with privacy, anti-spam and outreach laws in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate laws, abuse or overload third-party services, bypass technical restrictions, send spam, or collect data for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Third-Party Services

The Service works with websites we do not control, such as Google Maps and Bing Maps. Changes to those websites may affect how the Service works. Maps Extractor is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC or Microsoft Corporation; Google Maps and Bing Maps are trademarks of their respective owners.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extensions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users or third parties.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy or completeness of any extracted or enriched data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maps Extractor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
